The Fiend is a brawny, three-eyed ungulate monster with antlers, that looks like a were-elk. It appears in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. The beast "has a special ram attack which is intelligently combined with a hypnotic spell which is emitted by its third eye [1] which disorients and enshrouds Γκέραλτ in darkness"[2].

Rumours[]
- The Fiend has a third eye with which the beast can cast a spell.[1]
- As shown in the Killing Monsters Trailer [1], the Fiend's head is a trophy, probably for an order of a Nilfgaardian army officer (quest item).
