Never one to remain idle for long, it seems our favourite alchemist has yet another project on the go which requires the provision of some esoteric ingredients, this time it is Garkain saliva. Good thing he knows a witcher! What does he do with this stuff?

- Three garkains hang around the entrance to Cemetery Island very reliably. Two of the three even respawn.
