Abdank[1] was a king of Temeria who reigned in the first half of the 9th century. He was noted for his extensive intellectual disabilities. This was not easy period - during his "reign", the so-called "Six Years' War" broke out, resulting in the increasing importance of his court mage and advisor Raffard the White, who exerted actual power instead of the 'king moron'.

In Wiedźmin: Gra Wyobraźni[ | ]

Abdank, who ruled for some time after the killing of Raffard during formation of Brotherhood of Sorcerers, died without a male heir. This resulted in a long though intermittent war of succession between his relatives - dukes of Maribor and Ellander and other participants. These series of conflicts were known as the "War of Daggers".
