The alternative look for Triss adds a new (and more revealing) outfit for Triss. It is one of 16 free DLCs for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, released on June 16, 2015.
The outfit can be disabled in the Downloadable Content tab of the main menu.

- Some of fans speculate that the outfit was in fact the clothing of elven sorceress Francesca Findabair who had to appear in the game together with other members of Lodge according to early interviews.
