Meal Planning

When planning a meal, try to get all your daily recommended secondaries (Albedo, Rubedo, Nigredo). Also, it is a good idea to take an Albedo course first, as it coats the stomach. For example, it is better to drink a shot of Owlbedo Juice before eating Liver Paste, rather than afterwards.
