Notes[ | ]
- The town gained questionable notoriety because of the Butcher of Blaviken.
- It also served as the stage where the short story "The Lesser Evil" was set. Because of this, the graphic novel by the same name, as well as the episodes ten and eleven of the The Hexer TV-series, also featured Blaviken as the backdrop.
In The Witcher computer game[ | ]
In Vizima, Geralt can run across references to the Butcher of Blaviken. Other than that, the town is not acknowledged.
