Bram is a merchant in White Orchard and the cousin of Elsa, the innkeep at the local tavern. Geralt and Vesemir first met him by the Ford where he, his cart and his horse, which was also being eaten, have been attacked by a griffin. If Geralt offers his help for free, Bram later gives him 50 
and a 50% discount on the goods he sells and his cousin Elsa gives the witcher four roasted chicken legs.
After Geralt talks and asks people at the inn the whereabouts of Yennefer, then going outside where he fought the local men in the associated quest, the merchant Bram can be found nearby the Woesong Bridge. He left his cart and only brought some goods he could carry.
