Cackler Bridge is a location in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Its gates were initially closed and locked when approaching from the south, but they can be opened from the north side by the battlefield near the crossroads. This bridge leads directly southwest to the main village, and is the shortest path in contrast to the windier path traversing through the south of the crossroads.
Map description[]
- Bridge named in honor of a woman who went mad from unfulfilled love. After her heart snapped, she spent all her days running up and down this bridge while laughing hysterically.

Notes[]
- Due to the burned Nilfgaardian tent beside the gate, it can be inferred that the bridge was guarded by Nilfgaardian troops shortly after their victory until raided and ransacked by bandits. In fact, there is a bandit camp nearby to support this.
