Carthia van Canten, also known as "Cantarella", was the mistress of Vattier de Rideaux, the head of Nilfgaardian Secret Service for Emhyr var Emreis. She had an excellent memory and a lively intelligence and mercurial wit.
In The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt[ | ]
Geralt meets a mysterious woman going by the name of Sasha during the gwent tournament at the Passiflora in Novigrad and eventually realizes she is a Nilfgaardian spy.
Sasha proposes a plan to Geralt to steal and split the tournament prize, and says that her life depends on it. If you agree to help Sasha, she says that Geralt can call her Cantarella, and it's "almost" her real name. She also points out that she got compromised (and apparently that's why she needed the money to leave Novigrad).
You can romance her in the end of the High Stakes quest. After spending the night with Geralt, Sasha departs Novigrad, leaving a letter for him.

- The command
addfact(sq306_completed)enables an additional dialogue with Fringilla Vigo about Cantarella. For some unknown reason, it doesn't work automatically if the High Stakes quest is complete.
