Geralt meets Conrad at The Hairy Bear in the slums of the Temple Quarter. He is quite the wine snob and gives Geralt the A Most Uncommon Wine quest. He does not hang around the inn all the time, but he is there every evening. You can challenge him to a drinking contest, but there is no reward.
