This quest is given to you by Dandelion while he is sitting in the New Narakort Inn after chapter 3 has been started. Dandelion is not telling you the whole story until you beat him in a drinking contest. Once you learn the details, head to the designated house in the Vizima Trade Quarter. You will end up in a fight with the father, but he is not too hard to knock out. Head upstairs and talk with the damsel. You will need to convince her to give up the lute. Once you're done, head back to the New Narakort Inn to see Dandelion. Give him the lute. He will invite you to his concert that takes place in the New Narakort Inn; this will also conclude the quest.
