This diagram allows Geralt to have the steel "Zerrikanian saberra" crafted.
It can be found in Chapter 2 (Iorveth Path, during "Where is Triss Merigold?" quest), if you choose to enter the Kaedweni Camp through the canteen. It can be looted near the entrance to the quartermaster's assistant (Lasota) tent.
Also rare find in treasure box in insane asylum, chapter 1.
