Dorregaray of Vole is a mage and a defender of endangered species. He took part in the hunt (search, in his opinion) for the golden dragon, Villentretenmerth. He was also a spy for king Ethain of Cidaris. He appears in the short story "The Bounds of Reason" in the Sword of Destiny collection by Andrzej Sapkowski as well as the novel Time of Contempt.

Dorregaray is mentioned in the Book of Magic written by Michał Studniarek as the rector of Ban Ard Academy after the death of Gerhart of Aelle during the Thanedd coup.
