Journal entry

While Alfred Nabel's most important invention failed to find broad application, it proved splendid as the basis for the Grapeshot bomb, a highly democratic explosive that wounds everyone within range, whether human or monster.

The Grapeshot is effective against nearly all creatures, except perhaps the most powerful.

Notes

The journal entry for this bomb is a not so subtle reference to Alfred Nobel, who invented dynamite.

Geralt can place two of these bombs in a slot at one time. Upon reaching White Orchard, Geralt has the necessary knowledge to concoct this bomb. These bombs can be used to destroy monster nests.
