Han fiber can be found in all regions except White Orchard. It is a common potted plant inside buildings as well. It is used to craft the following items:
- Aether
- Doppler decoction
- Superior black blood
- Superior golden oriole
- Enhanced hanged man's venom
- Nigredo
- Orange armor dye
- Rubedo
- Vermilion

Han fiber model is bugged in the stock game — due to some mistake in resources path it appears like Arenaria. There is a bugfix mod that makes it use the correct model.

Han is a very attractive, if poisonous, field plant found very commonly throughout the fields surrounding Murky Waters in Chapter IV.

- After completing the Daily Bread quest, Geralt can give any meat food to the "Elf" NPCs in and around the cave. Any Elf inside the cave at night will unlock Han and mandrake root in return. The Elf who stays outside of the cave even at night will give entries for Honeysuckle and Bryonia instead.
