House of Respite is a location accessible by fast travel in Velen. If functions as an Officers' club for the Nilfgaardian Army Group 'Center' Camp. A sign posted outside the gate reads:
- Officers' Club
- Exclusively for active-duty soldiers from the higher ranks.
- Full regimental dress mandatory.
What this really means is that Geralt must dress in Nilfgaardian finery in order to be allowed inside. There are a few chests on a wagon in the main compound with some loot, but otherwise, nothing to do once inside.
Map description
- The House of Respite's motto: "A soldier does not live on war alone." This is slightly misleading, however, for the club is not open to all soldiers, only Nilfgaardian officers (or those capable of passing themselves off as such).
