Roggeveen is a Cidarian city. The mage Vilgefortz hailed from there.

The name of this city is misspelled on the world map provided with the game (and above in the smaller map). Not to mention, it's misplaced in Redania. Whoever wrote this part is incompetent. Roggeven and Roggeveen are two separate cities....
