Sigo Buntz is the mage and sorcerer in residence at the court at Pont Vanis. When Geralt first meets him, he is trapped behind a magic barrier inside the mysterious tower on An Skellig. It seems that the sorcerer bought the tower at an auction, intending to live in it, but was instead imprisoned by the tower's Defensive Regulatory Magicon.
