Sweet Nettie is the final potential victim of the serial killer. Geralt interrupts Nathaniel Pastodi just as he is about to torture her with a hot poker.
In Carnal Sins, she is hired by Nathaniel Pastodi for an evening of pleasure, but, being a sadist, Pastodi ties her to a chair and gags her on the top floor of Crippled Kate's. As Sweet Nettie is about to be tortured with a hot poker, Geralt arrives from the Vegelbud Residence where he witnessed the murder scene of Patricia Vegelbud and retrieved a note from her body naming Sweet Nettie of Crippled Kate's the next victim of the Concerned Citizen. If Geralt kills Pastodi, he frees and consoles Sweet Nettie, otherwise he leaves without interfering in the situation.
