I found this diagram in the hidden room in the ruined asylum during 'In The Claws of Madness', the one you have to use aard to enter. However i'm pretty sure i've been in there in previous playthroughs and not found it?

Special circumstances for finding diagram?[]
Is it only a chance to find this diagram? I already did the quest and apparently opened this door, and it seems even looted the treasure chest. But I don't have a diagram for this sword in my inventory. II've only had the game for like 3-4 days atm so not a problem w/ the wrong version upon opening it. Anyone know what the deal is?
