I think she is only available after aiding Iorveth in Chapter 1 and then helping the elven Women that Loredo tries to kill by burning their house to the ground. She is one of the women that Geralt saves in Flotsam who in Act II, in Vergen (Iorveth's path) shows her gratitude.

Censorship[]
Could probably add that her reward to sleep with Geralt is cut from the game if you have the Australian release. Apparently, it can be fixed with a patch (tried it, didn't seem to work probably due to version or it only works before you do the actual associated quest in Chapter 1).
