Hope the poor Troll doesn't notice…[]
The way the game handles this: you receive both a Stuffed Troll Head and a Troll Tongue from Sendler. So in effect, you are forced to return the mate's head without the tongue. They should have at least given you the option of returning the head intact, should you feel the Troll of Flotsam had suffered enough!
