The Witcher (Polish: Wiedźmin) is a planned movie project based on the witcher books by Andrzej Sapkowski, to be directed by Tomasz Bagiński and produced by Platige Image. Bagiński and Platige previously created the cinematics in The Witcher video game and its sequels. The development of this project was announced in August 2014.
