Alchemy panel
In The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, the alchemy system has changed once again. Geralt can no longer brew as many bombs, oils and potions as he wants to. They are brewed automatically, up to a maximum of number which varies with each item, and this can only be done while meditating.
The alchemy panel is accessed via inventory and consists of three sections: a list of items which can be brewed on the left, the list of ingredients for the currently selected item in the center and a description of the item to the right. Items which can be created via the alchemy panel include:
- Alchemy substances, including mutagens
- Alcohol:
- Decoctions
- Dyes, which were introduced in the "Blood and Wine" expansion
- and some special quest items, including:
