These saddelbags are part of the Skellige Armor Set DLC released for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on June 3, 2015. They can be purchased from Armorer in Kaer Trolde keep. They increase inventory capacity as well as the Zerrikanian saddlebags but are much lighter, and therefore superior.
