The witch hunters of Novigrad, nearby Oxenfurt and the surrounding Velen region are members of an armed organisation dedicated to prosecuting magic users, both amateur and professional. Having been inspired by the Order of the Flaming Rose, their operations are officially sanctioned by the Church of the Eternal Fire. In The Witcher 3, they act with the full support of King Radovid V of Redania.
